Galaxy RO-Crate Mini Tutorials
RO-Crates are used for creating FAIR Digital Objects for Research. Galaxy Galaxy is an open source, web-based platform for data intensive biomedical research. A Galaxy RO-Crate is a digital object used in intended to preserve data, configurations and parameters; ensure the accurate reproduction of results; and facilitate publishing of supporting data for research works (papers, books, theses).
Three mini-tutorials are provided by PSDI to introduce three aspects of the RO-Crate lifecycle in the Galaxy platform. You can read an overview of Galaxy RO-Crates and view all the resources, or go directly to a specific course by using the following links:
