PSDI Metadata overview
The PSDI metadata describes the outputs of the Physical Sciences Data Infrastructure (PSDI) project. The latest released metadata is made available in JSON-LD format at https://metadata.psdi.ac.uk/.
Please see PSDI Terminology for guidance an overview of how PSDI outputs are defined and organised.
A major source of guidance when structuring this metadata was version 1 of Cross-Domain Interoperability Framework (CDIF) and this has influenced the top-level organisation of this metadata into the following profiles:
- psdi-voc.jsonld/psdi-voc.ttl corresponds to the CORE CONTROLLED VOCABULARY profile and is described in PSDI Vocabulary Description
- psdi-dcat.jsonld/psdi-dcat.ttl corresponds to the CORE DISCOVERY profile and is described in PSDI Resource Catalogue Description
